  1. Hello! I think that your blog is going to be fantastic. One thing that has helped me to live a better, easier life is big batch cooking. I think others might find this a useful way to live frugally, eat well and save time. If you are interested in me writing an article about this, please let me know!

  4. Meme,

I will try my hardest to think of something to contribute to your new blog. I will let you know as soon as I think of something. Maybe your creativity will rub off on me and I will have an epiphany moment.

    Love

  6. Hi Meme :)

I'd love to contribute, but it'll have to wait until after we move and things get settled. This is a great idea!

  7. Okay Miss Meme,

Here are my ideas. Let me know what you think.

    1. Have a section named "Greener Pastures". You know how everything is conservation friendly nowadays? Well, you could have a section dedicated to cooking healthy, gardening and just living ecologically greener.

    2. Have a section named "In The Curb Lane". It could be articles about the observations of life, or observations of a fast paced life from a slow paced girl.

    3. A section named, "A Book By It's Cover", or " Can't Judge A Book By It's Cover". It could be a monthly book review or a book reading club meeting place.

    4. A section called "Frugal Fran By Golly". It sounds like Google, Fan and Ollie. Do you remember that children's show? I was thinking it could have tips on saving money in the grocery stores or anywhere for that matter.

    5. And my last idea is "The Cuddle Corner". It could be about how to make special moments with your sweetie, like writing notes in each other's lunches.

Let me know what you think. I know some of them are not the greatest, but I thought it might be a start.

If I can help in anyway let me know. You know how much I admire your talent and gumption.

    Love Melissa

  9. Thanks for the invite, I would love to be a part of this great idea. I think that the book club idea is great. And maybe some kind of recipe swap, with different themes? I am a nurse, as well as a blogger, so I could contribute on women's and children's health issues if you would be interested.

  10. Hey there!

Well, here is what I bring to the table. I am a pretty good decorator. I also teach scrapbook and card making. I do it all on a dime as I am now a single momma to three teens (It isn't as scary as it sounds).

I love the idea of swaping and book clubs.

I am at your disposal girls. Let me know how I can be of help.

  11. Okay, Cristine! We need you! We want to know why you raise three teens on your own, all your thrifty ideas, and the book club is a must! I love the swapping idea...I thought about that yesterday! I don't know what kind of swapping you are talking about...I was thinking decor? What were you thinking...I need to add you as an author! 12. Hi,

I'm a budding entrepeneur (never could spell it - I just know what it is I want to be!), mother, blogger, volunteer queen (PTA, sports, church), and a flea market, junk lovin' woman. I'm a good decorator (that in itself has taken me a long time to say out loud!) I'm definitely intrigued by your idea and would love to be a part of it.
