a nice little irish menu for the irish at heart...
start out with a redo on the irish staple, colcannon. it's colcannon chowder...
{and does the photo not just make your mouth water...it should. it's from the AP}
irish soda bread...goes perfect with the chowder and is ever so delicious!!!
and a quick and yummy little irish apple cake for dessert...yum!
