confession: i am a runner wanna be. it's true.

one of my friends {and former high school students} trained for a team run...and they stinking got 4th place!!!! go campus crusade!!!!! { stinking rock my face off}
anyway, jenn was not a planned runner {just a rec runner and jogger} prior to signing up for the team run. jenn and i had coffee and now, i'm uber inspired to get my booty in the running mode...and RunThere makes it super easy.
RunThere uses google maps to allow you to make routes and view others routes.
you start at any address or point of interest. you can save your start points and name a variety of routes too!

you can also compare routes that you have saved or that others have saved on RunThere.
and you can do an exercise log to keep track of all your on and off running days.

no matter what i do, something is better than nothing right? so if i run 1/2 mile and then walk 2 miles and then run again, it's exercise. so i'm keeping track now and you can too!

  1. Danyele, if you walk the entire's better than not doing it at all! :)

  2. Danyele - I run.... I don't know if I classify as a "runner"... but the best motivation for me is to sign up for a 5K. It will get ya going! That site is awesome by the way!

  3. I have always hated running. I'm the kid who got a note from the Dr. in school, so I wouldn't have to. But now I really enjoy it. I started by walking a few minutes and then running a minute or two. Eventually working up to running 1 mile and then 2 and now 5. Which I seriously cannot believe. It can be done. Just keep at it.
