Hi everyone. My name is Priscilla and I am seventeen year old high schooler. I've enjoyed baking/cooking since I was 8. While I enjoy making dinner for my family, baking is my real pleasure. I also love photography, so starting a blog filled with recipes and food pictures made perfect sense. So, Priscilla's Baking Adventures started in February of 2008. I also like to post pictures of my family after each recipe, I've found out that people love seeing pictures of who you bake for!
This recipe has been in our family for a long time and made often in the summer. With tons of good vegetables loaded in it, it is a healthy snack, lunch, or paired with something for dinner. Marinating it for 2-3 hours brings out the full flavor, and red tomates are a must. Hope you find time to try this! Texas Salsa
