Hot Color: Yellow

Color is everywhere and yellow is hot. Yellow screams of fun and sunshine. The boutiques and retail stores are filled with many great colors, this season. If you are looking to update your summer wardrobe, go with color. While shopping around...here are a few great yellow pieces I found:

{One For One}

Wouldn't it be great if every time you bought something you were giving to someone in need in some way? Or supporting a cause you believe in? Or both? I think so. As a consumer I try to be responsible and shop wisely and with companies who support causes I am fond of.

It all started with Blake Mycoskie. He travelled to Argentina and befriended the children there. During his stay he realized they did not have any shoes to protect their feet. Fun for summer for boys!

If you are a mom with a son or sons, you know how frustrating it can be to shop for him. Often times, retail stores carry more choices for girls. How many times have you stood in a kids' boutique or retail store and said "Is this all they carry for boys?". Am I alone in this frustration?! On one of my shopping days out~a sales associate stated "Well, mothers just don't dress their boys well anymore." {Well, some of us do...Right?!}
