jogging: the plan

if you've been around here any time at all, you know that we love to support a healthy life style here at PCAH...but i hate running! that's a problem.
i need to run. i need to lose that extra belly flab. but i hate running.
then i discovered an actual plan that i could do...to get me off the couch and jogging in a way that i could achieve something and not get stressed out.

no more sitting around planning my jog and not doing it...it's actual action!

enter couch to 5k
my miracle...they have a full plan devised {HERE} to take you literally from doing nothing {thus the couch} to running a 5k in 9 weeks.

i love it!

first, i can actually achieve the goals that are set before me...and i feel like i can do more and jump ahead...but don't, bc then you get a pain in your leg and you feel bad and well, just stick to the plan!!!

the plan takes 20-30 minutes 3 days a week...and well, me and hubs have been doing it after all the little girlies are in bed and we have a sitter...it's short and we can get it done...and it's talking time with hubs too!!!

you can even buy a calendar add on tot remind you of what you need to do {hello, type a's} and then track your progress {HERE}.

so grab your shoes and pull out the stops and get jogging...and then, let me know how you are doing...because i am trying really hard here!!!
